Intro to Drawing
Drawings serve as a communicate channel in the construction industry where the architects initiates an idea by imagining it. Here is my ITDrawing progress during my entire semester 2. I've learn so much from Ms Ann and all my group mates throughout the journey. I will definitely work harder next semester.
PRESENTATION
Our group of 13 did a presentation on product designer, one of the professions in the construction industry. We had learned of the work flow and responsibilities of many other professions from the construction industries from the lecture conducted by other groups and our own.
What is a Product Designer?
PROJECT 1A
In this group project, we are required to produce technical drawings from different views of a pomegranate fruit. We distributed the task among 5 of us. I was given the task to draw a vertical section elevation of the pomegranate.

PROJECT 2
Ms Ann distributed a few spaces in uni to different groups. My group were given E6. As our individual assignment, we have to measure and draw the given space to scale. Me and 7 other classmates worked together to measure every corner of the space. We had to draw a floor plan, 2 elevations, a section and a detailed furniture drawing.

2ND JANDA BAIK TRIP
On 20&21/10 we had a site visit for our final project and the location is once again Janda Baik. Many of us were excited to come back here as we came here last semester. This time, our assignment is to measuring and design a chalet on the given spot within the resort. My group was given location E, the space where 3 studios are located. We spend the whole day measuring the area for our location plan. Since most of us are more familiar with each other compare to the first time we were here, we enjoyed ourselves during our time there.
PROJECT 3
After our site visit, we were given 4 layout to choose from for our chalet. I decided on option D, an L shaped layout for my chalet design. This assignment requires us to design a chalet for 2 person. Thus, the needed spaces are 1 bedroom,1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 dining area and 1 bathroom, with 3 furniture per space. We have to draw a to scale floor plan, 2 elevations, 2 sections and 2 location plan (before and after).

REFLECTION
Overall I think I have a lot more to improve and learn from my course mates and lecturer. I'm looking forward to learn new things in the next semester. If there's one thing I learned in FNBE is that no matter how good you think you are, there will always be another person who is better than you.
